Moflossy LLC provides residential and commercial mosquito, tick, and pest control services designed to help reduce mosquito and other pest populations on customer properties. Services may include, but are not limited to, scheduled barrier treatments, natural or traditional mosquito control applications, tick control treatments, special event sprays, and related pest management services as requested by the customer.

Services may be provided on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on customer selection, service plan, and availability. The scope, frequency, and effectiveness of services may vary based on property conditions, weather, environmental factors, pest activity levels, access to treatment areas, and other factors beyond the company’s control.

All services are provided in accordance with these Terms of Service and any service details, recommendations, or confirmations communicated to the customer at the time of scheduling or service.

SMS Messaging Terms

Mosquito Squad Plus of Lewisville/Saginaw, operated by Moflossy LLC, may send text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and given affirmative consent to receive SMS communications.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimates, scheduling updates, customer support responses, and, if separately opted in, promotional or informational messages related to tree care services.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on service activity and customer interaction.

Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.
